Morgan has been with Workhorse since 2018 where she’s held a variety of roles, starting as a project manager and moving to VP of Marketing before moving into her role as Chief Operating Officer. With a knack for systems and processes, Morgan works with team members of every specialty to ensure that Workhorse runs smoothly for our people and our clients. Morgan shares her knowledge and passion for marketing with her team and outside organizations by speaking at events held by the University of Texas Women in Business Association and Austin Business Woman.

My passion is finding the simplicity within the chaos and helping team members streamline their work and get better results.”

In her free time, you can find Morgan at Ballet Austin taking a dance class or discussing her latest read with her book club. Unless, of course, she’s on PTO, when she is probably adding new stamps to her passport or asleep on a train somewhere.
